WAPL Season 3!

Well, we've had great Pre-Season Tournaments, but now the real fun begins again, with WAPL Season 3!

We're set for another huge season, and ready as ever to continue bringing the best Poker there is to offer in Perth to our members. We've got lots of things happening, new events, more Pro Leagues, Kalgoorlie kicking off, and much more... I'll cram as much as I can into this news!

Season 3 starts THIS Monday 15th Jan! Make sure you check our Upcoming Events for all the event dates and venues, as you set your sights on the top of the League Ladder!

We're happy to announce the beginning of the South Fremantle Football Club WAPL events, which will start on Wednesdays with a combined Free and Pro League! It's an awesome venue that we're sure will be huge! So get down there and support SFFC!

Onyx Bar is kicking off Free League Tournaments on Friday Nights, offering great food and a fantastic atmosphere to party the night away!

Elephant and Wheelbarrow, Woodvale Tavern, and Kwinana Lodge have joined our long list of Venues to start up a 2nd Poker Night every week, adding Pro Leagues on Thursday nights @ E&W, Tuesday nights @ Woodvale, and Saturday Nights @ Kwinana! These are sure to be a hit!

Kalgoorlie is all set to launch the first few Venues at the start of the Season, too, so if you're one of our current or aspiring members in Kal, we're looking forward to seeing you at Paddy's on Monday 15th, The Palace on the 17th, or any of the other Kalgoorlie Venues as we finalise their days for the Season! Keep an eye on the Venues because they'll be updated as we have more information for you...

The DVD for the Season 2 Grand Final is underway. We expect it to be about a month till production is complete and it's available from our Shop!

WA Poker League is also proud to announce an exclusive deal with Poker King, for distribution of their line of clothing products for Western Australia! Keep an eye on our shop for details and pictures when they're available, or check out the Poker Den for these awesome and great quality Poker Shirts! For poker players with attitude!

That's pretty much all I can think of for our huge update!

We hope you all had a great New Year, and that the coming season and year is filled with lots of Poker wins! One thing we know is that this year there will be another 3 WAPL Grand Champions crowned, receiving the biggest and best prizes available in poker in WA, following in the footsteps of Robyn Ivankovich and Peter Salamon from our first two seasons... Could it be you?

Of course we can't forget our Free League players! We know lots of you are trying Pro League this season, but don't forget the Free League Ladder! We'll still be having the best of the best of our Free League Ladder competing for the Championship title and trophy in the end of Season Free League Grand Final! You could join Lindsay Kent on the Free League Champion's list!

All in all, this will be another great season, with even more to offer to our members than previously, and we're really looking forward to bringing it to you!
