Congratulations to Rodger Macdonald, for taking out the inaugural WA Poker Showdown!

Rodger dominated the Final Table, taking every player out! When it was down to heads up with Nick Del Borello, Rodger's massive chip lead led everyone to expect a crushing victory. In true fighting spirit, Nick made some great plays and almost got back to a level chipstack with Rodger! Finally after both hitting a pair on the flop (Rodger 9s, Nick 4s), a boarded pair of 8s and no more help for Nick saw Rodger take out the title and $5,000 cash! Congratulations Rodger for 1st, Nick for 2nd, and Michele Wells for coming 3rd!
